Chicken Breasts (in bacon fat)

You will need:

  • Chicken breasts
  • Goya Sazòn
  • Goya Adobo
  • McCormick Chicken Montreal seasoning
  • (Optional) Bacon fat inside your griddle

Step 1

Put bacon fat in a griddle. Preferably from the same day 

Step 2

Put chicken breasts on a plate. Season them with Goya Sazòn, Goya Adobo, and McCormick Chicken Montreal seasoning

Step 3

Set the temperature to medium heat on your stove. Put the breasts on the griddle, flipping them every 8 minutes. Make sure each side gets 16 minutes each. (Flip each one 4 times)

Step 4

Take them off the griddle. Let them sit for ten minutes before you cut them to keep the juice in.
Step 5
