You will need:
- Chicken
- Marinade (I'm using Goya Mojo)
- Gallon size bag
- Large Bowl (optional)
- Knife (optional)
Step 1
Hygeine first! Always wash your hands before and after handling food, ESPECIALLY raw meat. Use real soap, not that foam stuff that smells good.Step 2
To clean your chicken, remove it from its packaging.Step 3
Rinse the chicken in warm water. Quickly turn it around to make sure there are no feathers remaining on your chicken. If you find one, pluck it out. If you want, use your knife to remove extra fat.
Step 4
After rinsing your chicken, dont put it back in the dirty tray. Put it in a gallon size bag.
Step 5
Repeat steps 2-4 for every peice of chicken you want to prepare. Shake your bottle of marinade thoroughly to get the seasoning off the bottom.Step 6
Pour the marinade into your bag to the highest point of chicken to completely submerge your chicken in the marinade.
Step 7
Seal the bag, pressing all the air out. Fold all the remaing "bag" under the chicken and place in a bowl to avoid spills and messes.
